The managing member NP Mthembu has the academic qualifications, corporate, as well as public sector background of over 20 years having worked as Property leader in SA and Sub Sahara for Public Works, Transnet, BP& General Electric where she lead strategy, business customers and contractor relations for efficient delivery of property services & projects. At the prime of her corporate career Ms Mthembu Managed 16 office buildings in 8 countries in Sub Sahara. This including Landlord/ Developers Managment; Business units tenants; Rental and Services Recoveries, including scoping & managing outsourced service and Building Renovations Projects deliveries. Budget Managed annually in excess of R200 million Opex & R50 million Capex . Anela Properties is registered with National Cleaning Council, Waste Management Institute, CSD, Department of Agriculture (Waste); SAFMA, CIBD,& Estate Agency board .
